During this module we'll look at how you can take the temperature of a room - whether it is filled with people or you're working one-on-one.

You'll become fine-tuned at being able to flex your style so that the other people in the room recognize that you have heard and understood them. Once they get that feeling they'll be far more willing to work with you to move forward in a positive direction.


Module 8: Being A Positive Influencer

Once you've read the room, now you take steps to react and influence others in a constructive way.

You'll work toward ensuring that you achieve your goals and desires (and hopefully the outcomes of the person/(s) you are interacting with)


Module 9: You've Got This

Let's tie a bow around all you've discovered in the program. We'll celebrate the successes you've had throughout the challenge.
