In an attempt to protect you from spam, your internet provider and/or email system may be using a program to stop unwanted emails hitting your inbox. Unfortunately, sometimes they also stop emails you want from getting through.
To ensure your emails from us get through to you, you need to white list @makeadentleadership and Shelley Holmes
Depending upon the system you use there are a number of different ways. Here are the most common
With gmails change to how they distribute emails, it is likely that we might end up in your promotions tab - which most people ignore and/or put low on their priority list. To make sure you get our messages in a timely manner do the following:
In your inbox, locate an email from @makeadentleadership.com (for example your welcome email from the product you just purchased)
Drag this email to the "primary" tab of your inbox.
You'll see that our emails will go to your primary folder in the future
When you open an email message, a "+" symbol should display next to From: and the sender's name.
Select this and an "Add to Contacts" pop-up should appear.
Select "mail" and "Preferences" from the top menu bar
In the preferences window click the "Rules" icon. Then click "Add Rule"
In the "Rules" window, type a name for your rule in the "Description" field (e.g. Make A Dent Leadership)
Use the following settings:
- If any of the following conditions are met: From Contains" and in this box type in @makeadentleadership.com
- Select "Move Message" and "Inbox" from the drop-down menus.
Right click on the message in your inbox
Select "junk email" from the menu
Click "Add sender to Safe Senders list"
